Meeting Venue: USDA South Building (1400 Independence Ave. SW).  You will need to access the building through its main entrance.  You will need your driver license (with Real ID) or passport to go into building.  If you are not an American citizen, you will need to be vetted by USDA prior to the meeting.

Airports:  Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport to downtown Washington, D.C.  Dulles International Airport (IAD) is 24 miles from downtown.
