Meeting Venue: USDA South Building, 1400 Independence Ave. SW, Washington, DC. (close to Washington Monument).  Meeting attendees will need a valid driver license (with Real ID) or a valid US passport to enter the building.  If an attendee is a foreign national, the USDA will need to send them through a vetting process.  Please let AEIC Board members know and we will direct you to whom handles the vetting.

Airports:  Reagan National Airport (closest to meeting venue) or Dulles International Airport (24 miles to downtown Washington, DC)
